How should I care for my Nick Nack? All of my jewelry is made for a lifetime of wear in mind. I use .925 sterling silver which is vulnerable to slight oxidation when exposed to chemicals, air, etc., over time. The beauty of sterling is that the silver color can easily be brought back out with a little polish! You can either use a polishing cloth {included in each order} or for a deeper clean, mix warm water with dish soap and soak for a few minutes - then give it a scrub with an old toothbrush. For the deepest clean - line a small bowl with tinfoil and put a little bit of baking soda and salt in it, add your jewelry and pour boiling water over it and watch the chemical reaction take place. After soaking for ten minutes remove from the water, rinse, and polish your piece!
What is the return policy? Since the nature of nn+co is made-to-order pieces specifically made for you, all sales are final and no returns are accepted. Refunds are not offered under any circumstance. Exchanges may be offered at my discretion, but please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to discuss a potential exchange.
How can I figure out what size I am? The most accurate way to find your size is to visit a local jeweler and get your desired finger sized. Any jewelry store will be happy to help you! You can also get a ring sizer belt. They are easy to find online and are usually accurate. Wrap the belt around your finger until it feels secure but comfortable. Make sure it stays on without slipping off, yet can be removed without forcing it.
How long will it take for my piece to be made? Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your piece to be made & shipped. If you are on a specific timeline just let me know!
